Lunori provides reflective AI conversations for personal growth. It is a tool for self-reflection and exploration, not a substitute for therapy, legal advice, financial advice, or medical advice.

Not a mental health service

Lunori is not a mental health service. AI-generated reflections may be imperfect and may not be appropriate for every situation. Always use your own judgment.

If you are experiencing thoughts of self-harm or are in crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis helpline. In the US, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline). Do not rely on this service in an emergency.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Lunori. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.

Free tier

Each Journey includes two free sessions. After that, you may unlock unlimited sessions for that Journey with a one-time payment.

Payments

Payments are processed by our payment provider. Unlocking a Journey is a one-time purchase that grants unlimited sessions for that specific Journey — it is not a subscription. You are not charged recurring fees.

Purchases are generally non-refundable once unlocked. If you experience a technical issue, contact us within 7 days — see our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to generate or store illegal content, harass others, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for decisions you make based on content generated by the service.
