Current billing status
Lunori is not currently accepting new payments and does not offer a recurring subscription. If you have a question about a historical charge, contact us with the order details so we can investigate it.
Technical issues
When a paid product becomes available, its delivery, duration, and refund terms will be shown before checkout. If a technical issue prevents delivery, contact us within 7 days so we can investigate and provide the remedy described at purchase.
Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us before disputing a charge with your payment provider. Many issues can be resolved directly. Unauthorized or fraudulent disputes may be contested.
