Digital purchases
Unlocking a Journey is a one-time purchase of digital content. Because you receive access immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once unlocked.
Technical issues
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using a Journey you've unlocked, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we'll make it right — either by resolving the issue or issuing a refund at our discretion.
Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us before disputing a charge with your payment provider. Many issues can be resolved directly. Unauthorized or fraudulent disputes may be contested.
