What Lunori is

Lunori is an AI-guided reflection journal that can optionally help adults explore possible next steps for everyday, low-risk decisions. It does not make decisions for users or provide medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice. It also does not provide predictions, fortune-telling, psychic services, or guaranteed outcomes. This policy sets out what you may and may not do with the service.

Prohibited use

You may not use Lunori to generate, store, or attempt to generate:

  • Sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise NSFW content of any kind.
  • Content that is illegal under any applicable law, including content relating to drugs, weapons, or regulated goods.
  • Hateful, harassing, threatening, or abusive content, or content that doxxes or attacks individuals or groups.
  • Content that facilitates or encourages self-harm. If you are in crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis helpline (in the US, call or text 988).
  • Fraudulent, deceptive, or impersonating content, including attempts to misrepresent a real person or organisation.
  • Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property.
  • Content that promotes gambling, regulated financial schemes, or other prohibited activities.

Lunori may offer optional possible next steps for adults' everyday, low-risk decisions. These are alternatives to consider, not instructions or guaranteed outcomes. Lunori does not provide medical, medication, diagnostic, legal, tax, financial, investment, borrowing, gambling, mental-health, crisis, or other professional advice. Always use your own judgment and seek qualified help where appropriate.

Age

You must be at least 18 years old to use Lunori. We do not knowingly allow use by minors.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, and we may report clearly illegal activity to the relevant authorities. If you see content that breaches this policy, email support@getlunori.com.
