What we collect

When you use Lunori, we store the questions you ask, your conversation history, and the symbolic card reflections you receive. If you create an account, we store your email address and a password hash. We do not collect payment card details — payments are handled by our payment provider.

How we use it

Your conversations power your personal Journey — the ongoing reflection space that lets us help you see patterns over time. We do not sell your personal data.

AI processing

Your messages are sent to our AI provider to generate responses. We do not use your conversations to train models, and they are deleted from the provider after processing.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard, which permanently removes your account and all associated conversations, Journeys, and readings. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

If you are in the EU/UK, you have rights under GDPR, including the right to access, correct, and erase your data, and to export it. Contact us to exercise these rights.
