Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you use Lunori, we store the questions you ask, your conversation history, and the symbolic card reflections you receive. If you create an account, we store your email address and a password hash. New payments are currently unavailable, and Lunori does not collect payment card details.

How we use it

Your conversations power your personal Journey — the ongoing reflection space that lets us help you see patterns over time. We do not sell your personal data.

AI processing

Your messages are sent to the configured AI provider (DeepSeek or OpenRouter) to generate responses and summaries. Lunori does not use your conversations to train its own model. Provider-side handling is governed by the provider's current terms and privacy policy; do not enter information you are not comfortable sending for processing.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard. The deletion flow removes your account, associated Journeys, conversations, readings, saved Moments, Auth.js records, and user-linked analytics records. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. Records that cannot be linked to an account, or records we are legally required to retain, may not be covered by this automated flow.

If you are in the EU/UK, you have rights under GDPR, including the right to access, correct, and erase your data, and to export it. Contact us to exercise these rights.
